Recent Project: Hatchmoor Nursing Home.

Hatchmoor is a new, purpose-built nursing home in North Devon. Whilst the building employs many new environmental building techniques it has been designed and built with one aim in mind. This is to provide a safe, warm and comfortable environment with the highest standards of care and excellent modern facilities. A home from home.

S. Mitchell Tipper & Plant were the main groundwork contractors on this project. The project involved setting out and tarmacing three car parks and a service road from the main entrace to the rear of the building. Large brick paved areas and foot paths, landscaping, slabbing, foul and storm drainage systems, a sewage plant and services for telephone, electricity and gas.
